Processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery: 7–12 business days from purchase

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking number once your package ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate — an empty tracking page in the first day or two is normal and doesn't mean your package hasn't moved.

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Those three may take a few extra days.

Planning ahead

Ordering around a vacation, a birthday, or the start of swim lessons? Give yourself three weeks. Swimwear is seasonal and demand climbs fast once the weather turns.

If something goes wrong

Tracking hasn't updated in five business days? Package marked delivered but nowhere to be found? Email us atsupport@aquacub.store and we'll trace it.

If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
